Picasa 3.0 is a very comprehensive program for image management and graphic editing, which can enhance and retouch your photos, while maintaining an orderly collection. This program, developed by the software giant Google, has become extremely fast and easy to use, even for those who do not have special editing skills.
Picasa 3.0 is responsible for creating an internal library, and you can browse through your collection, previewing all photos contained within each folder, watching presentations, or even composing files into CDs or exporting them to a movie file for you to share it with everyone. During publishing, Picasa 3.0 lets you perform cuts, straighten your images, remove red-eye effect, adjust brightness, contrast and color, retouch imperfections, insert text and even add some interesting effects, such as shadows, color filters, and anything you wish.
An interesting feature for those who take screenshots permanently is that while you keep the program opened, it will automatically save every screenshot, so you do not have to paste and save one after another.
